BINGO - MONDAY 9 SEPTEMBER 2024
The Club Committee have agreed to cancel the Monday Bingo on 9 September. It
was felt that this was in the best interest of the Bingo players. The reasons behind
this decision are:
• A visiting Bowls Club Windsor Household are arriving at 12 noon
• The noise level in the Market Bar will be loud
• The car park will be very busy
It has been agreed to hold the bingo session on Tuesday 10th September
CHARITY QUIZ NIGHT – FRIDAY 13 SEPTEMBER 2024
The Club will be having a Charity Quiz Night in aid of the Stroke Association
Team of 6 with an entry fee of £10 per team
We will have a ‘Happy Hour’ , (7.30pm to closing) prices of £2.50 for draught
beers, lager, cider and stout of which £2 will go to the charity.
Ask the staff for more details

OTELLI’S KITCHEN
Otelli’s Kitchen are willing to do Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day and food on
Boxing Day. The Committee have agreed that:
• The Club to be open 11.30 to 5.00 pm on Christmas Day.
• The bar will be open 12 to 3pm.
• Numbers to be restricted to tables of 6 with a maximum of 2 guests.
Maximum number of diners will be restricted to 40.
Bookings through Otell’is Kitchen.
On Boxing Day the Club and Bar will be open from 12 to 4pm

The Board in the Main Entrance has a full list of events for the month.

Saturday 21st September……………. Ant & Dave with food
Saturday 5th October………………….. Haycee
Saturday 12th October………………….Band and Bugles
Saturday 26th October………………… Halloween Night with The Jays and food
Saturday 16th November……………..Cloud 9

FIRST AID COURSE
The Committee are arranging to run a First Aid course for the staff and committee
members. This will be a half day course and there maybe vacancies for Members
to attend. If you are interested to be a first aider within the Club, then please
contact Sue Green by email (fleabee1@sky.com).

BOWLS
On Monday 9th September, The Royal Household Bowls Team of Royal Windsor
are visiting. The match starts at 2-30pm and they will be staying for a meal
afterwards. Support would be most welcome.

SNOOKER
The Club Tuesday Night snooker league will restart on 24th September.
